About the Event

One of Aurora Black Community's key focuses is to make sure Black History is every day and not something that is only talked about in February but throughout the year.  May is an amazing month for so many reasons: Mother's Day, National Wine Day, and also World Press Freedom Day. We will be hosting a wine & chat with Black mothers and mothers of all different backgrounds to come together in person for an empowering conversation about the barriers and the greatness of being Mothers in general and Mothers of Black children. With May being World Press Freedom Day, which got started to raise awareness of the importance of freedom of the press release of our discussion to empower and uplift Black mothers and to bring awareness to the power of cross-cultural dialogue and relationships.

See you there!

Thank you Jeff Edos of Century 21 Real Estate for sponsoring this event.   Look out for a 1-night stay give-away from Microtel hotel in Aurora! Amazing!!!
